Originally the vehicle went in for service and mot on 19/3. It had to go back in soon after for an oil service - why couldn't everything be done at the same time - no courtesy car available until 10/7 very inconvenient for Joseph and house staff

I have been to Synter Swansea three times for repair and services each time offered a complimentary wash and vac and various reasons never done. Last time requested on App, spoke to customer service rep but not done as Wash day being reconstructed.

Charged £160 for a service that didn't resolve an issue. Had to rebook without any guarantee £160, £320 etc will cure the issue. What do I do sign a blank cheque for a car that has only covered 24000 miles and this is the 2nd time it has happened

Not really happy with this visit at all, we had the front and rear pads changed and both front callipers have damage which is unsightly due to them being blue! We also had faults with the sensor s , which we paid for to be diagnosed but not fixed
